When will my order by dispatched?

  • We strive to dispatch within 24 -48 hours of purchase.
  • You will receive an email notification once it's been posted and the tracking number

Help! I need it Express Posted.

  • Don't worry , all our pieces are sent by Express post via Australia Post.  And it's on us!     No extra charge

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship to selected countries. 
  • Please contact us prior to purchase to receive a shipping quote. -  please provide which piece you'd like to purchase as well as your state, country and zip code
  • International shipping cost is not included in the price. This is an extra cost and varies on location and weight of the boxed piece
  • Any taxes and duties payable to release to parcel to you are payable by you, the buyer - please check your countries law to know what you will have to pay
  • Delivery times vary by country. We will advise you of the approx delivery times quoted to us by Australia Post. We are not liable for delays

Do you offer custom orders?

  • Yes, we offer a bespoke service
  • Have you fallen in love with one of our designs, but it's out of stock? Or maybe you need it in another colour or would like different embellishments.
  • Please visit our custom order page to learn more about the process or contact us via our contact us page or via DM on our socials -please include the date of your occasion, which piece or pieces you love and a photo of your outfit if we are colour matching

Do you have a physical store?

  • No, we don't. We have a home based studio in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
  • Viewings  / try ons are available by appointment only

How do I care for my millinery?

  • Store your millinery in a cool dry place, away from sunlight and heat
  • Keep stored in a box with tissue paper
  • Please contact us directly for cleaning /spot cleaning as different materials require different cleaning methods
  • Do not wear your headpiece in the rain
