Custom order deposit

Please contact us prior to purchasing, to discuss design, materials and when you need it for.

If possible we require a sample to material to colour match.

This deposit is to confirm your design, help purchase materials and secure your time slot.

The deposit of $100.00 comes off your total balance owing at the end.

You will be advised a time frame when your piece will be made.

Once materials have been purchased the deposit becomes non refundable.

Minor changes can be made before or during the make up process.

If materials have not been purchased and you would like to change your mind on design /date, the deposit can be used to  a) change to another date if available or  b) purchase a ready made design from our website
